Event Package for Industree Group Incentive Program

Event based website in company livery, Incentive Program registration system, EDM program with multi channel sales promotion, Travel registration system.

In conjunction with associate agency 318 Event Management, Piapplications built and managed the entire digital front and back end for a 12-month travel incentive program.

The website contained 5 general pages plus two login only pages which showed customers their current incentive performance as well as channel and customer specific sales promotions. Post trip the participants were encouraged to ad photos and videos to the gallery pages. Overall, the website had an 18-month life.

Customers registered via the website to allow them to participate in monthly sales promotions as well as keep track of their incentive program performance.

Piapplications managed the build, unique content and distribution of the incentive program's monthly EDM program.

Successful participants were required to register for the travel and accommodation. This registration included travel details, diet and health requirements and also pre-registration for the major activities on the trip.
